I never said he _should_ be beaten up or raped. It’s just that everyone I know who has been in prison (N=3) has been beaten up at some point during their stay, and they were not pedophiles. If you do not want prisoners to be at risk, then everyone should go into protective custody. ---

Why do you think that is an appropriate thing to happen in a federal or state penitentiary? Since you think it’s an appropriate rendition of justice, then you certainly must advocate for some kind of reward for whoever it is in “gen pop” that renders what you think is justice? How is your stated stance decent or even moral? ---

Nobody should get beaten/raped/abused in any way. I do not understand why he would get protective custody though, while someone else doing time for possession with intent to distribute does not get protection and does get beat up. Either have everyone do time safely _or_ have everyone be at risk. ---

Query whether he will be able to maintain his weight. If one accepts his assertions to the court that hyper-sexuality took the place of overeating, one has to think that he will balloon up again now that he has been isolated from his sexual outlets. Props to his wife for pulling the plug immediately. None of the nonsense one sometimes sees about how this isn’t the man she knows and we’ll work through this illness together etc. ---
