I’ve been a big fan of this man for years - his exquisite swinging playing, how well he plays by himself or with others, the way he changes how he plays so you don’t notice the lack of a drummer, his quirkey sense of humour in his songwriting, his ability to sing and play at the same time, sometimes even improvising in harmony with himself. So, how about my fellow Dopers? Any love for this great artist?

Highly recommended albums-
Salamander Pie
There’s Gonna Be Trouble
Two Lane Highways
Jay Leonhart and Friends Live at Fat Tuesdays.

Lots on YouTube, and his website now includes charts of some of his compositions.
