Walz’ dignified pushback around criticism of his military record comes to mind. ---

It’s a Catch-22 alright. If they were the sorts to show signs of actual self-confidence rather than massive insecurity and bluster, they’d be a lot more popular. But if they were that sort, they wouldn’t have gotten so far in today’s GOP. ---
