Well, I’m convinced he hates women too. Now he’s at a rally talking about kids being like their parents. His 7 year old is like his mom so he’s probably reading and the 4 1/2 year old is like him so he’s probably off trying to burn a building down or something. Much laughter ensues. ---

Dammit, I can’t find a clip, but there’s a scene in “Intolerable Cruelty” where Catherine Zeta-Jones delivers some _devastating_ news to her soon-to-be-ex, hands him the leash to the frou-frou white poodle at her side, blows him a lil’ kiss, and whispers, “The dog’s rented.” (The implication is that, on top of the divorce $$ he’s contemplating, he’s also on the hook for … however much it takes to rent a poodle.) ---

He may like his dog but he doesn’t seem to like his kids. Does he ever say anything nice about them? So far, he’s said that he told one of his kids to shut the hell up and now is complaining that one of his kids gave him the plague. I understand that parenting can be frustrating but he’s so tone deaf. Maybe show some concern for your sick kid? Pretend to be normal? ---
