Insane and despicable. The rest of the world needs to take a stand against America while they can. And I am an American. Maybe send the USA ambassador to Germany back to the US for a spell? Time out? My blood is boiling and my gut is leaking and my head is exploding. All body parts in chaos. ---

It’s not tone deaf, it’s his intent. It’s straight from the Trump playbook, attack! attack! attack! Accuracy? Pft, who needs that? They are clearly aiming for mayhem and chaos, enrage everyone, on all sides. Including those that elected them. I admit I’m kinda scared to see where they’re going to strike next. ---

OTTOMH HP Lovecraft was described by one of his friends as a “hysterical racist”. He married a Jewish woman. During one of his many rants about the Jews, she reminded him that she was Jewish. He said that he no longer considered her as ‘belonging to those mongrels’. Being a raging bigot does not mean you can’t also be a hypocrite. ---

After his speech Mr. Vance went to his hotel where he met the Nazi **[Alice Weidel](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alice_Weidel)**, top AfD candidate in the upcoming _Bundestag_ elections. She is married to an Indian woman too, **[Sarah Bossard](https://biogic.com.ng/sarah-bossard-biography-wikipedia/#Partner)**, they have two adopted children. I have been told the myth of the **[Aryan race](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aryan_race)** states that its origin was in India/Iran or something. So no contradiction there. And if there was a contradiction (which there isn’t) it only shows how those superior beings are able to believe several different truths at the same time. Very enriching. Only the best of the best of the best can do that with a straight face. ---

The Vice President was referring to Mr. Musk’s publicity stunts with the Alternative for Germany party in the runup to the German election later this month. The only people who have refused to eat food that I have prepared or even sit on a couch in my house have been South Indian Brahmins. They believe I am ritually impure. But white people are fine. The idea that Indian people will have a cultural aversion to racial superiority theories is laughable. ---

While this is true, a determined hypocrite will overlook it and just choose the nation-state. I would wager, though, that a white man with a non-white wife is less of an issue than the reverse, and that he is assuming his prominence will protect his children, who will of course marry heterosexual white people. Responding to further above: expelling the ambassador, or at least calling him in, is a great idea. ---

To clarify, Alice Weidel is a white woman with a non-white wife. She is the ‘moderate’ face of the far right German party, the AfD. The AfD does not promote Nazi ideology (Nazism is illegal in Germany, in contrast to the U.S.). The AfD has been described as populist, xenophobic, nationalist, Euroskeptic, pro-Russia, etc. Two former party leaders left the AfD, denouncing it as becoming too extremist and totalitarian. Polls show the AfD is the second strongest political party going into this month’s election. They are expected to win up to a fifth of the seats in the German parliament. Other political parties in Germany refuse to include the AfD in a governing coalition because of the parallels between the latter and Neo-Nazism. This so-called “firewall” ([AP News explains](https://apnews.com/article/germany-election-far-right-afd-firewall-6e4143a2be1c93126749c8f158b5fe12)) is what the Vice President was attempting to paint as “anti-democratic”. ~Max ---
