# Jeez, body.  Don't scare me like this (afternoon spent in hospital)

FWIW, I get strong panic attacks (racing heart, tight chest, shallow breath) out of nowhere, with no trigger, and without any accompanying emotional panic. The first time it happened, I thought I was having a heart attack at 22. Turns out that sometimes my body just has a little freak out now and then.
