Seems to me the simplest explanation is the most likely - he managed to kill himself (I’ve seen some reporting that he was taken off suicide watch recently). Vast, shadowy conspiracies rarely prove out. As power-hungry and well-connected as the Clintons are, I am confident in saying they are not murderers. Trump is not competent enough to get someone killed. Even if he did attempt something like that, there’s no way it would stay secret for very long. He puts on the airs and some of the attitude of a mob boss, but he doesn’t inspire loyalty, nor nearly as much fear as he thinks he does. I just don’t see him pulling it off. My first thought was to ask what happens with the various legal actions. I was, at first, afraid that things that might have been uncovered/revealed/testified to in a trial won’t be heard now. On further thought, there will plenty of lawsuits against his estate, and I would think there are plenty of potential criminal indictments against Maxwell and other cohorts, as well as anyone suspected in partaking of rape and sexual abuse, so we will continue to learn more. That’s my biggest concern in all of this - that as much light as possible gets shone on all of Epstein’s crimes, all of the associated corruption, and that as many participants as possible get brought to justice. And, that his victims get their opportunity to be heard. I think that will still happen. ---

Alright well, deciding whether he was axed or did himself in aside, does anyone know what this means in terms of document publication (e.g. from his previous criminal conviction)? My assumption would be that it makes it a bit easier. Similarly, can they now go through all of his belongings sans warrant? ---
