Last night, I saw brief update from a reporter about a ton of evidence being found that linked Epstein to a whole bunch of new people. I don’t know what else was in this evidence trove, but I’m wondering if that was the straw for him. ---

In the Maricopa County jail (downtown Phoenix) “suicide watch” means the person is stripped naked and placed in a small private cell that has nothing at all in it. I believe the lights are on 24 hours, and the person is checked all the time. IIRC they pee and poop in a hole in the floor. It’s humiliating and uncomfortable. It’s not something you want to be put in! (No I wasn’t confined there. it was a tour.) ---

I’m still checking, but it looks like you start a topic in the “talk” tab and the page managers are alerted to problems. There are several flags on the talk page now, including one about editors from opposing viewpoints are being recruited to update the page. ---

That was quick. I hope more evidence verifying his death comes out. It is too easy to believe he is now in Costa Rica, down to his last $100m. In any case, this isn’t justice, and I am :smack: :smack: that it was allowed to happen. Justice: real, or merely a word? You decide! ---

I fought vandals for years. 😃 And I was one of the more prominent sock puppet investigators back in the day. Especially if they don’t make an account and just post as their IP, in which case you’d be blocking everyone else who happens to use that IP in the future. ---

Apparently you copy some code somewhere. BTW: I got a couple of warnings for changing ‘the Clintons’ to ‘Trump’. 😛 (I did figure out how to make an edit.) It forces people to talk to each other. The whole site is built around different people coming to a consensus, and edit-warring is the complete opposite of that. Not to mention 3RR is a “bright line” rule and it doesn’t have to stop at 3; it can happen earlier if it seems clear that two knuckleheads are refusing to engage each other and are just going back and forth editing. ---
