Quite thin and lean. At least that’s what one lady I knew who did biathalons looked like, she looked very unhealthy and skinny but could run like mad. ---

Don’t normally watch CNN, so this is the first time I’ve heard of this. Day, and I might add, um. This sounds like a Rumiko Takahashi\* story. That’s how bewildering it is. I’m afraid to speculate at all about it, for fear that my head really will explode this time. Okay, here’s what I can’t understand: If she really had to get away and have some quiet time (which is perfectly understandable), _why did she deliberately draw so much freakin’ attention to herself?_ At the very least, she should’ve called back regularly to let the town know that she was all right and not kidnapped, injured, horrendously lost, etc. Anyway, I’m making no judgments until I have all the facts. And by then I’ll probably be too tired of this story to make any judgment. Just feel sorry for what the community’s been put through, that’s all. So to reiterate: Day, and I might add, um. - Incredibly famous manga artist; almost singlehandedly sparked the American manga revolution. Best known for Ranma 1/2 (licenced by Viz Communications). ---
