He is from an area just outside Knoxville, Tennessee (home of the Tennessee Volunteers), and I’m pretty sure his orange and white ensemble was a display of Vol fandom. You see an awful lot of that in Vol land. East Tennessee - where you can hunt deer on Friday, go the the game on Saturday, and pick up trash by the side of the road on Sunday, and never change your clothes! ---

This was really a geography question. The main thing you had to know was “what defines the border of France and Germany?” I didn’t know, but if I had, I may have gotten it. ---
