You also have to consider your level of comfort with the category. If I were at a podium, and the Final Jeopardy category came up Greek mythology, I’d be a fool to bet even a nickel. mmm ---

Our local station shows two episodes of Jeopardy! back-to-back, one being a recent rerun, and then the most recent episode. It was last week when Amy was still champion and the re-run episode had a pretty close race. Ken made the comment that “this is a fun match, I’m sure our players agree”. I pondered that statement for a while, and I also had to agree; it was fun to watch. Not to take anything away from Amy, but it’s certainly been a lot more fun to watch the last few episodes that are not blow-outs. I felt the same with Matt and James. ---

We just get one episode a day, at 11:30 am. I have to make sure I read this thread before then, in case someone sees it before me. I was sad for Amy when she lost, but it is kind of nice to see “regular” people playing again. Except they’re soooooo slooooooow, and don’t get to all the clues. ---

Good game Tuesday night. I’m disappointed that Zoha (?), in the middle, didn’t get the FJ correct. (the other two got it - one betting everything, and the other almost everything. I think she bet enough to finish ahead of the other two if she had gotten it correct. I got it too.) ---
