[Story here.](http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2012/10/15/rep-jackson-is-subject-criminal-probe/?test=latestnews) They say he’s been misusing campaign funds. IIRC, this is the same guy who has been mysteriously absent recently, and rumors were saying it was either a drug overdose or a suicide attempt.
