# Jessica Lynch rescue staged media event?

Very interesting article about the “rescue” of Jessica Lynch, claiming that:  
-Iraqi doctors caring for her say she had no bullet or stab wounds as reported by media  
-The Iraqi millitary had fled the day before the rescue  
-Iraqi doctors had attempted to send Jessica to the American forces by ambulance, but were forced back when US forces opened fire.

The whole thing seemed a bit “Hollywood” to me at the time, and this article just makes me more suspicious.
