To me, it looks pretty clearly like a joke. It’s just too self-consciously unhip, and, c’mon, the “Notorious Big” line seems to be an obvious joke.

On first viewing something kept telling me it had to be a put on. The problem is, over the last few years there have been a number of things that at first struck me as not possibly being serious that in the end were. (A presidential candidate with the last name of Cain seems a good example of what I’m talking about.) It kinda keeps a person off balance, if you know what I mean.
Watching it in the clear light of day I find watching the white haired fellow in the background should have been an immediate tip off.
And the wife of the pastor “turning the other cheek”.
But it still is comedy gold. 😃

Definitely Poe’s Law material. It’s so over the top that it’s actually plausible that it might be real, but then, it’s so over the top that it _must_ be a parody. We may never know.

Those two would be the super-obvious ones. I picked out the “Notorious Big” line because, I dunno, it just screams out to me somebody trying to sneak a joke he thinks is clever into the lyrics. It’s just trying a little hard lyrically there to be “Out of Touch.” There is no way this isn’t parody.
