Guess that might be the end of it, but,[b[lissener\*\*, I’m left wondering how exactly you did kick her in the cunt? Just told her she couldn’t have a refund? What happened there? Did she bend over with the wind kicked out of her sails? Stand gape-mouthed at your tour-de-force reasoning of why certain movies are beyond question in the renting? Basically, I think if you rent a movie, you pay for it, and damn the resulting mental torpedoes. Yet, I see the offense Twickster saw; it seems like an uneccessarily nasty hyperbole in preface to a OK thread about movies you like. Though why ya would call everyone an asshole who doesn’t agree seems pretty immature.People’s tastes differ, that simple. I’ve worked plenty of retail jobs where ya get crazy-making customers, but never want to kick em in the Nads for a complaint. ---

If you’re using his thread topic to reinforce that bullshit “lissener calls everyone an asshole who doesn’t agree with him” meme that’s really reaching. Everyone who posted a movie title in that thread is just as “guilty.” ---

Always one to own up to my own shortcomings; I did read the OP, and the whole thread, and, now see that my response was colored by your use of kicking her in the cunt. So, perhaps I’m old (2 years older than you from what I read in the thread), but why is kicking someone in the cunt at all funny? I’m not a prude at all, and like movies at the odd/edgy spectrum, but that phrase made me feel like: “So this uppity Black guy comes up and complains about a movie— 'course, I lynched his stupid ass.” That’s the best approximation of my response. Don’t use smileys often, but :eek: Please explain it more, if possible. ---

Sorry, badly phrased. I was agreeing with **elelle** that your phrasing, as reported by you, had the same effect on me as if you’ would have had an encounter with a black person and described your reaction by using the word “nigger.” Thus the “would” in my post. I’m not saying that you have actually used that word, and I apologize for setting that hypothetical as though you had. And with that, I’m out of here, not to return – because if I’m serious about not letting you piss me off, this seems like the logical place to start.
