There seems to be a “long history here” of you only zeroing in on my religious posts, and totally ignoring my numerous posts on, say, show business, rain, broken arms; oh, I could go on and on, but your opinion of me doesn’t warrant my wearing out my typing fingers. The hubby & I have seen some lovely little items such as the Jesus you speak of in downtown L.A. My personal favorites are the gold-plated Mary of Guadalupes and all the little diamond-studded pistols. It’s amazing what people are willing to hang around their necks. ---

One of the beauty girls at work showed me some jewelry we were going to feature in our magazine: a four-inch long gold cross encrusted with rubies and surrounded by diamonds. “It looks like what you’d crucify Liza Minnelli on” was my vote.
