A previous boss did ‘team building’ exercises. One was a chanlege to bread up into 8 groups of two and see which group could finish a pretty small about 15 piece puzzle. What he did not tell us was that all the puzzle pieces between the groups where mixed up. We figured it out pretty quick. It was… interesting.
