Real life is getting in the way around here and Jillgat will no longer be moderating in General Questions. I’ve asked her to stay on and help us as her schedule permits, but she’s not officially assigned to a forum, she’s our part time utility infielder, so to speak. Jill’s done some great work for us and her everyday presence will be greatly missed. your humble TubaDiva Administrator ---

From the day she found the possibly-obscene Sears ad (which I have promised never to let her live down!:D), **Jillgat** has been an insightful source of information on the facts behind a wide variety of hot-button topics, a level head in times of dispute, and a kindly mentor to the newbie. It’s been an honor to know her, and I hope that “real life” allows her to continue posting fairly regularly and occasionally moderating from time to time. ---

Hmph. Real life. That’s the big bug that we’ve been trying to work out of the Mod/Admin program for over a year. It _almost_ worked on the slythe mod, but then it went haywire, renamed itself “Czarcasm”, and, well, you know… I know we’ve been promising the Moderator 3.0 program for over a year now, but budget cuts and the recent invasion of Space Weasels has slowed the project down. We may skip 3.0 and go right into 4.0, which, ideally, will integrate cold heartlessness and a tactical nuclear response system… ---
