# Jimmy Carr - The King of Comebacks

I like Jimmy Carr as a host or as a guest on a show. I do not like his stand-up. I am not a fan of one liners and it seems that is all he does. To be honest I never noticed him as being too offensive.
Same thing goes for Frankie Boyle.
My preference goes out for elaborate stories. Michael McIntyre (before he “sold out”). Watch his performance on “Live at the Apollo”. Still gives me a smile when I think about it.

I can see why people dislike him, as he can come across as very smug.
But I like him for what I hear that he once tweeted (I hate twitter with a passion):
