# Job tracking software recommendations, please

I work as a project manager for a group that has quick-turn projects with constantly changing timelines, due dates, deliverables, etc and our corporate job tracking software is WAY too slow, clunky, and linear (more complicated than efficient, especially for the work that my group does).

Does anyone here have any experience with job tracking software that they downloaded and put into successful use? I’d love to be able to bring these clowns I work with an actual solution for their nutty workflow.

I need to be able to do things like customize the number of deliverables/due dates/assignees within a job and be able to change all the variables quickly (with job deatils/updates viewable by all involved) and hopefully also track time spent by different people that touch parts of the job, etc, etc, etc. I realize that what you use may not work for what I need, but I’d love to hear from somebody that found something that was really flexible to their needs. It’ll help me learn about what I need, what to look for, what not to look for, etc.
