Sanitary sewer repair. I worked with some of these guys at the City for four years. They are a rough bunch, it’s true, but _egad_ the things they have to do !

Anyone who’s willing to stand in a manhole waist-deep in _somebody else’s_ gray water while trying to remove a grease ball the size of my Civic has my undying admiration. Sheesh.

Then the Board of Aldermen decreed that they can’t smoke in the City truck. WTF? Like it don’t _reek_ anyway?? :mad:

I couldn’t work at a humane shelter. Even though I’d know I was helping them, I would be upset and sad every day to see the starving, abused, lonely animals. I’d also want to find the owners and chain them outside to a tree in the snow.

I saw a guy on one of the late night shows that was a dog food taste tester. On the show he first ate some of that good looking and smelling stuff that looks like sliced beef and gravy. Next he had a big spoon full of some of that cheap 5 for a dollar, guts in a can stuff. Gagggg !
