It’s also the same way frauds make their disclosures so it does not support her claim at all.

You could argue (as Republicans will) that she feels she is only safe and out of the reach of Biden’s deep state in a country such as Russia. Or you can argue that she’s a Russian agent recruited to discredit Biden.
