Huh? You were wrong. It isn’t a complex idea. I asked for a site proving that 100 calories extra per mile is incorrect.

We are talking about extra calories burned per distanced traveled and you keep throwing in resting metabolism and time.

listen lady, i posted facts. either understand them or… understand them.

not counting time waiting at finish line for walking partner (because this is a DISTANCE question), the runner will burn FAR less calories than the walker in same distance. *resting metabolism = the idle that killed the creeping cars’ gas mileage.
