# John Cleese Live Coming to a Town Near You

We saw him do Q&A after a showing of _Holy Grail_ last year. He was very funny. The anecdote that stuck with me was that the costumes were very uncomfortable and that, after a long day of filming, itching and sweating, there would be a mad dash back to the cast’s quaint old hotel. It had an antiquated boiler, so usually only the first few people back would get a hot shower.

a few years before they filmed the movie they stayed at a small hotel with a strange owner. That guy and hotel was the real life inspiration for Fawlty Towers.

Since you apparently didn’t understand my first Moderator Note, will the point perhaps be clearer if I add an official Warning to it, for failure to follow directions? Well, this is now an official Warning, so I guess we’ll find out. If you don’t learn, you are likely to end up banned.
