Congratulations, Ms. Twixt! So much work goes into a magazine, and that new copy is a sweet accomplishment. Definitely count me as a subscriber, and any other support you might need, in horticultural sisterhood. Celebrate, and be proud of making it to final edition print! ---

I am so very proud of you! It’s like you gave birth or something. Oh, and for everyone else, the name of her periodical is " The History of Toothpick Manufacturing." 300 glossy pages. Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt and Jennifer Anniston are on the cover. Nekkid. ---

Well done, **twickster**! I remember when you got that job–nice to know that things have come to fruition and you’re pleased and proud of the product. Although (gonna be selfish for a moment) I do miss the "Provide crossword clues for \_\_\_ " threads that you were posting last March. 🙂 Seriously, well done and congratulations! ---

Thanks, all! Went out to dinner with a friend last night (a previously scheduled event, just coincidence that it was yesterday), so he was the first person other than a coworker to see it – and he was wowed. As he should be. Damn, this is so cool… (And, **Spoons** , I do still occasionally come up with a word-play thread. I’ll work on a new one just for you. 😃 ) ---

Okay – it’s not only in my hot little hands – it is in the mailboxes (an thence to the hot little hands) of people I’ve never met. Got an email from a subscriber today – my first feedback from someone other than a coworker or a friend, or other such person who’d heard about the project while we were working on it. He liked it! He really liked it! **resumes dance of joy** ---

Yay you! Glad to hear you’re already getting positive feedback, that one unconnected person’s opinion must have been so validating. My gardening dream involves asphalt and green paint, but if it has purty pictures on the cover I’m in! 😃 ---

Good on ya, **twickster!** Uh, that didn’t sound right. I didn’t mean to imply it was “good on you,” although I’m sure it is, not that I would know or anything. I actually was only offering my congratulations, certainly not making any assumptions, as it were. 🙂 [QUOTE=Shirley Ujest] Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt and Jennifer Anniston are on the cover. Nekkid.
