# Joke about buzzards and carry-on luggage....

Not long ago, someone sent me a list of jokes that involved really bad puns. One of the funniest ones in the list had to do with some buzzards trying to board a plane with too many carry-on (carrion) items. I can’t find the email, and I’ve searched the archives of SDMB and only came up with the two threads below, both of which contain some of the jokes I remember, but sadly not the buzzard joke:

A vulture boards an airliner en route to his vacation. He is carrying a smelly, dead animal carcass over his shoulder. The flight attendant asks him if he would like to check it. The vulture says, “No thanks, it’s carrion.”

Get it? Carrion? Carry-on? 🙂
