Oh good. He’s 'fessed up and asked for forgiveness. Now it’s Anna’s duty to forgive him and move on, and if she can’t do that then she’s a terrible Christian and will no doubt be shunned by her in laws, parents, friends, siblings and pretty much every acquaintance she’s ever made in her sheltered life. Meanwhile, Josh’s repentance will be lauded and he’ll be held up as an example of someone who “made mistakes” but came back to the path of righteousness and became an example to us all. All’s well that ends well. ---

I just wish I was shocked. Poor Anna. She’s just utterly screwed regardless, and totally without an outlet - just has to smile and smile and forgive and keep sweet. Makes my blood burn. ---

It wasn’t possible for Josh and Anna to have premarital sex. They were never alone together without a chaperone. I doubt Josh put a lot of thought into his OKCupid responses; he was just giving whatever response would get him laid faster. ---
