# Judge Judy's Yiddish words

That would be the American-Non-Yiddish-Speaking ethnic group.

BTW, it doesn’t drive you meshuggenah - it drives you meshuggah. At that point you may become a meshugganah.

I think I had this conversation with my father (who speaks both Yiddish and Hebrew). I noticed the similarity of the words and he pointed out that it was just a coincidence. I, of course, half remembered the conversation and got it backwards.

Incidentally **Hello Again** , the [Yiddish Forward](http://yiddish.forward.com/) newspaper is still around. And my parents were talking just the other day about going to see a [play](http://www.folksbiene.org/index.htm) in Yiddish.
