# Judge prevents at-will hospital employees from quitting and working new jobs

Can some of the lawyerly types explain to me how this can be legal? Like I don’t understand how the judge can make this kind of ruling at all, regardless of whether you agree with the worker or the hospital. I’ve created a GD topic for that question.
