[related]I get nauseated when I drink water: hot, warm, cold, lots, some, little, morning, afternoon, night, before, during, after. What is this and what am I supposed to drink?[/related]
Yeah, but pills are so much sadder than juice.
Is there a dietary difference between the fruit content of:
- commercially juiced juice;
- home-juiced juice;
- a smoothie?
By “fruit content” do you mean “pulp content”? Or do you mean “nutritional content”?
I would think that the difference in pulp content would depend on how thoroughly the orange in question was squeezed. You can get commercial juice with varying amounts of pulp (in the U.S. at least), all the way from “pulp-free” to “pulp added” (ewww… ). And the amount of pulp in a smoothie would, again, depend on how the orange was squeezed.
If you’re talking about “nutritional content”, fresh-squeezed and commercial OJ are practically identical.
