Crud it all… I though I had the 28th off but I don’t… I have practice that day it’s the 31st that I have off. Depends when we meet then if I can do it or not… ---

Are Calgarians welcome? As I mentioned in another thread awhile back, I have to travel to Saskatoon end of July, and might find myself near Edmonton around that time (The Guy has a good friend in Edmonton that we may visit). ---

28th is good for me. I will likely have to pick up my neice in the city that weekend anyway (she’s flying in from YK). ---

Ok. I have no head count on who is coming. Me, Feynn, Ginger, and I think Canadian Sue for sure. I’m getting a babysitter for the night, so damnit, I’m going out even if everyone else cancels. Date: Saturday, the 28th. Time: We have no time set. Evening is best for me. Late afternoon even. Place: We have no place set. I need help! I never go out, so if I have to choose, I’ll be picking someplace at random. Don’t make me do that! ---

Stinky. Um… how 'bout a beer tent at the Ex? Heheh Or we could go wading at city hall, all liquored up. ---

I am going to be in Calgary Aug 4th long weekend and back to Edmonton on the 25th for Les Miserables. I am getting sick and tired of driving… although it is damn tempting to do it just to meet you folks. I’ll have to pass until next time. ---

Hey! I’m gettin in my car, and I don’t know where to go! E-mail, or icq, or phone! I may even bring an infidel - I mean, a non-Doper person. ---

Don’t look at me Ginger… I want… no NEED to know as well… if I don’t find out tonight where we are I won’t be coming because I am technically not allowed online before 9 at night… (I sneak on sometimes like I have now)… and I won’t have a chance to check at all tomorrow and tomorrow night will be too late… so someone let me know! Please! ---

Ok. On the phone with **lolagranola** as we speak: 8:00 pm, Runway 29, 11312 - 109 Street If you need to call me, email me and I will give you the number. I’ll have my cell on all day. Lap Dances. Laying on the pool table. Explosive… aw hell. It was lovely. I am too tired to post, however let it suffice to say that **Feynn** was surrounded by the Alberta lovelies of the Straight Dope and covered for **Odieman** and **bernse** admirably. **Canadian Sue** took pictures and I’m sure will post soon… she keeps teasing me! I had my ass kicked at pool. We talked about silly Merkins. We talked about **Odieman** and many others who we wished could attend. I believe that we have seduced my infidel friend into joining us. Would anyone else care to elaborate? ---

I am such a studmuffin, but seriously… A good time was had by all despite the fact I missed out on the lap dance and also got my ass kicked at pool. These Alberta ladies are so much better in person… ---

If only one could get Sue to quit feeling herself… heheheh And the vibrating phones. Guys, please. TMI, and remind me to never borrow your phones. ---

Great stuff. I personally find it hard to believe you had a good time _without_ me, but oh well, I guess you never know… 😉 I should be at the next one for sure though. It looks like I may possibly be transferring to Edmonton now. I guess there will be no excuses then. Good to see you all made it home safe and sound [Previous page](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/july-dopefest-edmonton-area-you-comin/66608.md?page=1)
