Yes, to your question. When I first saw him, he was using a walker. I found him attractive. I dont discriminate and wouldve been thrilled if he was totally mobile and healthy. Having MS, after being a healthy roofer, has messed him up. He gets depressed and frustrated. ---

Thanks for posting this. It really does affect the picture for me: there’s a big difference between “abusive asshole” and “person lashing out inappropriately while dealing with some heavy shit.” Not that you should have to take any misdirected abuse, but I can see where compassion for the big picture would make you extra tolerant. I am very unhappy with UPS today. They’re trying to deliver a package, but they think there’s a problem with the address. I can’t create an account to try to fix the problem because the password isn’t acceptable, but I don’t know why. The odd thing is, I got another package earlier today from the same order (different shipper), which got here just fine. I’m more annoyed than I would usually be because this is something that I’ve had a hard time finding, and I ordered it from Crate and Barrel and they sent me the wrong thing and didn’t have any more of what I ordered, and then they made me return the cheap plate they sent me instead of just writing it off. 🥺 So I’m really NOT in the mood, UPS! ---

Probably. He hadnt called for over a week because he’d been depressed, not to mention the a/c pipe, which is in his ceiling had been leaking. It kept getting worse, many new places opening up dripping. Over where hed put his computer, modem, tv, which is his only entertainment. Hes had to shut them off, and trying to find someone to move them to the dry wall. Not sure if theyre damaged or not. Hes been kind to me many times, more so than when hes been in bad moods. ---

I pit my mom’s side of the family. At least a little. One of my cousins, Ann\*, got in the face of another cousin, Bee\*, about Bee’s mother, Cece\*, using fake tanner before coming to our family reunion. Cece has overused fake tanner since the product has been invented and I cannot remember a time when she wasn’t orange. I don’t know why Ann felt the need to tell Bee how she felt about Cece’s fake tanner use or why Ann thought it was Bee’s responsibility to regulate how much fake tanner Cece uses or what she looks like when she goes out in public. Then Bee decided to bring up old shit Ann did to, I guess, get back at her for insulting Cece, who had already left at that point. Then, Ann’s mother, Didi\*, got into it with them so there was a shouting match at 8 pm outside of a nursing home. Meanwhile, my sister who traveled all the way from Arizona to be there, and who I haven’t seen in 3 years, got caught in the middle of their pettiness. Gah! I just wanted to have a nice visit. This shit is stupid. \*Names changed to protect the guilty ---

I finally got to talk to an actual person, and they’re supposed to re-deliver it on Monday, but I’m not holding my breath. UPS is an absolute trash pile of a company. ---

I work remotely. I need a working internet connection to do my job. Twice today, all my devices said they were connected to my wifi network but had no internet connection. The first time was for 3 minutes. The second time was for over ten. I have no idea what caused the problem or how to fix it. ---

I had a semi-b.f. who’s suddenly gone completely incommunicado. Maybe tech issues, maybe a phone bill needs to be paid, maybe he put me on “ignore” I don’t know! I mean, we weren’t, like, getting married or whatever, but … I’m in a bad place emotionally, and could really do with some snuggling. (Or other stuff.) Now he’s just … gone. Christ on a cracker, it took me two years to find someone I like and trust. Now I gotta start all the fuck over? (I just wanna get laid. But with someone I like and trust. FUCK!!!) ETA: I haz some angries. ---

It’s like, everyone got in the car, but the car’s not going anywhere. Whatever your router/modem is, unplug its power for about 30 seconds before plugging it back in, then wait a couple of minutes for it to initialize, and see if it’s better. ---

Hm, I have another super minor unimportant thing to complain about: my username. Now granted, it works fine enough, I suppose, but it’s a little “edgy” for my liking and honestly isn’t…me, I suppose. My former username best represents myself, I feel. Now, why haven’t I emailed **engineer\_comp\_geek** about it yet? Because I’ve emailed them about changing my name a good number of times already. There’s been no fuss from them, of course, but honestly I just don’t want to be a bother to them. ---
