# jury nullification  -  real concept or just abstract?

Look, if you want a debate about Jury Nullification, go to G.D. I’ll meet you there. But **SCM1001** asked some factual questions about jury nullification, and you gave him incorrect information. I corrected you.

The fact there is a quote attributable to a judge over 200 years ago in favor of jury nullification does not change the current state of the law. The fact that it happens, does not change the current state of the law. Your fervent desires, do not change the current state of the law.
