# Just a quick FU to Jeb Bush!

Why I attribute evil motivation to Jeb:

At the point in time when this fucking action was taken, the court battles had already gone all the way and the husband had prevaled, and _the process had been started, her feeding tube had been taken out_ ([cite](http://www.cnn.com/2003/LAW/10/29/schiavo.brief/index.html). ). This action was obvioulsy going to be declared unconstitutional - if he didn’t know it personally, certainly a reasonably prudent man in his position would have checked w/his attorney general, or other advisors ([proof there was some consulation w/legal authorities](http://www.cnn.com/2003/LAW/11/05/schiavo.case/index.html). There is no credible reason to believe that the ‘law’ **wouldn’t** be overturned.

She was already on the way to finally being free. and he **delayed** it, abusing his power as governor, in what the court said was

So, all told, one more year for her to suffer, for the costs to mount up for the family in what was easily seen as a futile gesture. If that ain’t an abuse of power, I’d be hard pressed to see what would be.
