Although I have been lurking for a long time, I never got around to actually subscribing to SDMB. But, seeing how it is my pride and joy and my main means of killing time without taking out a few brain cells as collateral, I had to subscribe. Honestly, I never even tried to look at the subscription angle. Although I have to admit, it was much more pleasant than I expected. Pretty cheap too. Hurray for the SDMB, and please carry on with your lives if you feel this doesn’t concern you. PS: Tell me about all the wonderful things that I can do now! ---

Welcome to the Dope, **chromaticity**! We’re glad you paid up. Please answer either the usual questions, or make up your own questions and answer them. The welcoming committee is off duty for the holiday weekend, so your appointment with the goat and squid has been scheduled for Monday. Please report to room 101, and have your medical waivers completed in advance. ---

Please report to room 101, and have your medical waivers completed in advance. We do that, and I’ll be backed up for weeks. The goat’s off, but I’ll supply an extra tentacle or two in the appropriate places, and it’ll all be even. Step this way, **chromaticity**. Do you have a flavor preference for the ball-gag? ---

Is grape jelly a flavor? I need to update my profile stuff too! Thanks for all the welcomes! ---

Welcome! Welcome, **chromaticity**! \*Folks, I know the Squid is off for New Years, but don’t we have an extra goat around here? An auxiliary goat? \*
