That dessert sounds delicious! Too bad I haven’t had dinner yet! Aw, who needs dinner when I’ve got a cutie like you feeding me dessert? 😃 And you know I’d kiss you anyway, puddle or not. Never seen a white rose before? They’re purty all right. I’ve got a white floribunda, a yellow climber, and a red climber. Only the white one’s looking any good now, though. It’s my favorite. 🙂 Dancing kisses, huh? That does sound like fun! I forgot about that last Sir! hehehehe!! [sub] 2218. Who’s your team, sweetie? Not the Ravens, is it? 😉 [/sub] ---

::feeding Audrey dessert:: Now, don’t go spoiling your appetite on dinner 😃 It’s nice to know, but I think I’ll be in a better position to reciprocate as a person, rather than a puddle 🙂 ::kisses:: Well, a pretty white rose it is, then… ::slow dancing kisses:: I guess this means I’ll have to figure out what that means. Oh yeah, I accidentally sent you a pointless email; the computer clicked send on it’s own before I’d even begun. Working on the real one now 😉 [sub] 2222. no, not those abominations…Skins: my grandfather raised me good 🙂 [/sub] ---

I knew that cake would be delicious! ::licks lips:: Spoiled my appetite for fried rice and chicken. No big loss there… Aw, you’re not a puddle anymore? Just as I thought I had a cute new nickname for you… heh heh :💏: 😃 I could just tell you what a white rose means… but that’s no fun, is it? ::wraps arms around Myrr:: [sub] 2228. Redskins, huh? I don’t know football as well, and it’s obvious by my fave: Steelers. I think Bill Cowher is cool. [/sub] ---

You see, I meant for you not to spoil your appetite for dessert by eating dinner 😃 You know, I appreciate cute nicknames and all, but I have a feeling that I can live without \* that \* one 🙂 :💏: Well, if you won’t tell me what it means: Care to dance, sweetie? ::embracing Audrey:: [sub] 2231. Well, the Steelers were good once, a long time ago in a land far away [/sub] ---

Dessert was so sweet that dinner is but a haze. 😉 I guess that nickname will rest in peace, then. However, I shall be looking for a replacement. ::kisses lips:: White roses have several meanings: innocence, purity, friendship, and love. Singly, they stand for simplicity. Nice images, huh? But I’d rather dance with you than contemplate rose meanings. 🙂 [sub] 2239. I’m so not loyal to them, though. I’ve liked Miami, San Fran, and Denver. Then all their QBs had to go retire on me. Oh well. There’s always Jacksonville. [/sub] ---

:💏: Heck, \* you’re \* so sweet that most everything else is but a haze 😉 Sweetie, you can choose whatever nickname you want for me… Well, now that I know my rose lore… 🙂 ::light kiss:: Well then, dance we shall… ::wrapping arms around Audrey:: Oh yeah, changed my sig…true story 😃 [sub] 2241. Which QB are you referring to for San Fran?[/sub] ---

What a nice thing to say! :💏: Thank you! I’ve got that grin on my face again. Any name I want, huh? You sure you won’t come to regret that one day? ::evil grin:: Kidding. :💏: I’ll think of something good. 🙂 ::enjoying self immensely:: I noticed your sig while in another thread… you can imagine my reaction! I think I giggled out loud. Thank you, that’s such a sweet thing to do. :💏: Of course, it’s not as though you doing sweet things is anything unusual. 🙂 [sub] 2243. Montana. Although, my brain considers Steve Young retired too. [/sub] ---

::kisses:: I do but speak the truth… ::more kisses:: I can’t wait to find out what devilishly evil name you’ve come up with for me 😃 Glad you like the sig…handcrafted especially for you 🙂 Well, I think it nears that time when I must be on my way to a blissfull sleep with thoughts of you; I have a long day tomorrow… 'night cutie ::goodnight kisses:: ::running back for another goodnight kiss:: Mmmm! [sub] 2246. Good; Young was great, but still no Joe Montana [/sub] ---

:😊: ::holds Myrr close:: Good night, sweetie pie! Have fun on the airplane! 😃 We’ll be going back to being six hours off, huh? ::ruffles hair:: :💏: [sub] 2251. Montana, he of the underwear commercials. 😃 [/sub] ---

::grins foolishly:: I leave tonight, though I have to sit around in SFO for about 5-6 hours waiting for my connection to Bawlmore… ☹ I’ll be thinking of you, though… 😉 ::long, passionate kiss:: mmmmmm 😃 [sub] 2268. The voyeurs are thronging 🙂 [/sub] ---

Bye, sweetie! :💏: Good lord, how does anyone kill 6 hours alone in an airport? I was at the airport last month with 3 friends for an hour and we were getting bored! Too bad there aren’t any public 'puters there, huh? 🙂 :😊: I’ll be thinking of you too. ::hug & kiss:: [sub] 2277. Yeah, I know. You know it’s been about 300 views added this week? [/sub] ---

I thought this thread was done a while ago, then I saw it again. I don’t know whether to congratulate you, Audrey and Myrr, or just put down my head and shake it from side to side, ever so slowly. 😃 ---

Well, you might consider $1 US too steep. So if you prefer, Canadian would be fine. Just means that I can spend it faster, on gums drops, lolly pops, and beer. 😃 ---

Canadian dollars it is. Y’know, Myrr will be back by the time the cash gets good enough for you to buy your goodies. 🙂 [Previous page](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/just-because-i-can/28239.md?page=18) [Next page](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/just-because-i-can/28239.md?page=20)
