So, I presume the folks who ran that camp in Texas are trying to figure out how it was that God saw fit to drown a bunch of little kids. They were at a Christian camp, clearly a setting with a powerful religious ethic. Yet, in the middle of the night, these babies were swept away by dark, swirling torrents of water and drowned. A horrendous event. So, how do these oh, so religious people explain such a catastrophe? Were the girls all evil? The Devil reincarnate somehow all assembled in one campsite? Well, we’ll hear that God works in mysterious ways. Ways we are not given to know. Just remember that when something this horrific happens, it’s simply God’s will.
