The San Francisco Opera is putting on Wagner’s Ring cycle this summer, and I had tickets to the first cycle. It just finished yesterday, and it was awesome! Just wanted to say that. There are two more cycles left, if anyone is interested, but I hear that ticket availability is pretty limited. ---

I’m jealous. What’s all the cycle stuff – I used to be a Wagnerite, but that was a few years ago – there’s just one cycle, right? How was that little bastard Alberich? Love that guy! And, get out of here, Br:unnhilde – what a girl! ---

Also, with every stroke sparks would fly up. It was pretty impressive. (I was way back at the top of the rear balcony. It was all I could afford, and even back there the tickets were expensive. But I could hear just fine.)
