# Just got a small deep fryer- what should I fry?

I think I saw Sweetheart cooking up a full spread with cutlets and spaghetti with Mama’s Gravy the other day, it was very sexy, and the other girls and guys didn’t help at all… except for dishes. Fucking Guys are cheating on their women and repenting by doing the crummy dishes… Fuck Them! I’m a Guido (Playa) Hater.

Zucchini flowers! (Also yellow squash and spaghetti squash flowers) We’re burned out on zucchini and don’t need any more, so I’ll go out on a Saturday or Sunday and gather a whole basketful of squash blossoms. Reach in and delicately pull out the stamens, batter and drop in the fryer. I also had great luck with making a mixture of ricotta cheese, basil and black pepper, tenderly feeding a tablespoon full into the flower, battering and frying. It makes a hell of a mess, but oh, so very worth it!
