I actually don’t remember magellan being particularly homophobic. Opposed to SSM, maybe, but I think he’s said he still supports civil unions. I’m not saying that position still isn’t arguably homophobic or bigoted, but I’ve nevers seen him actually bash homosexuals on moral grounds or anything. Magellan is a perpetual opponent to me, and not exactly a friend, but of the stuff I disagree with him about, I haven’t found gay bashing to be one of his faults. Opposition to SSM is about as far as he goes. We’ve seen a lot worse than that. ---

It’s kinda like a “one-drop rule” of sorts, I guess, and you qualify for (fanfare) “Worst Person in World”. ---
