Romantic? You? We don’t think so. In fact, you’re a pretty far cry from Juliet-hood. We can tell you’re basically a pragmatic person who can’t see the appeal of fawning all over your partner with sugary-sweet words or acts. What’s the point of all that sentiment? You’ll just embarrass yourself for someone else’s benefit. . . . and on and on.

I’m not surprised. I honestly believe that I am the least romantic 20 year old girl to have ever lived. Even stuff that other people find normal, I find really annoying, or makes me feel guilty. Like if my (fictional) boyfriend proposed to be and bought me a ring, I’d feel really bad. Rings are expensive, and I don’t even like jewelry!

“Pretty slick, Mr. Right. You definitely earn an honorary Casanova award. But it couldn’t hurt to brush up in a couple of spots… Get to the bottom of your romantic nature — sign up with Emode!”

6 out of 10 (3.0 out of 5.0). Somehow I doubt my SO will mind:-)

Hmmm…I think this may come out skewed…I’m counting “Tha Art of War” as a book of poetry. I am a romantic…sort of…at least I guess I do “romantic” things. But I’m not mushy-sweet and I’m not comfortable with being so.

_takes rest of test_

Eh…I end up spot in the middle. Sounds okay.

You just love to love, don’t you? We can tell that you’re a die-hard romantic who appreciates the deep sentiment that loving, meaningful words and actions bring to life. Love and romance go hand-in-hand for you, so you adore pouring on the terms of endearment, the hopeful promises, and the doting acts you think your fella deserves. Whether you’re in an idealistic and caring mood or being sweet, playful, and impulsive, you’re a giving partner who’s eager to express how excited you are about your relationship. For you, love is all about sharing your feelings and making your significant other feel cherished. After all, the more often you reassure him of the strength of your emotions, the better, right? And you love tapping your creative side to express how much he means to you and how important you think his needs are. Congratulations — you really know how to celebrate your love.

Whee…

So this is why I don’t have a girlfriend. Sorry, but I just can’t see myself wearing a matching outfit or bringing balloons to the airport. Guess I’ll live without.

Hmm. I was rated a “true Casanova.” Wasn’t Casanova a two-timing womanizing rat bastard, though? I can’t quite remember.

I lost points for not having bought books of poetry for her. But I’ve _written_ her love poems, and put them on parchment in my best calligraphy. You’d think that’d count for something.

I also lost points for not wearing his-and-her outfits. I thought the test was supposed to rate your romanticism, not if you had moronic fashion sense.

You’ll just embarrass yourself for someone else’s benefit. You probably don’t like engaging in “dreamy” or overly affectionate behavior, either. But that’s because you know your fella doesn’t need any emotional speeches or gallant gestures to see how much you care about him. For you, straight-talk is a better, more sober means of communication than flowery displays of affection. You don’t flaunt your feelings — you’re confident your honey will get your drift without all that mushy “romance.” You feel as strongly about your him as any candlelight dinner-planning, doe-eyed girly girl — your methods of expressing yourself are just different.

It’s not that far off, either 🙂

Wonderful, I get to be the romantic without a guy to dote on. I would do a lot if I had an SO to lavish with attention. It’s kind of sad that I needed a break up to change my views on love. Now that I’m turning into a bi polar type, romantic/cynic, I have no one to show my romantic side to. _pout_

> Okay, so you’re not a die-hard romantic who carelessly tosses around loving words, hopeful promises, and doting acts, but you do a pretty great job of expressing your loving feelings. Couplehood suits you to a T, and you like coming up with new, creative, non-mushy ways of showing your honey how you feel. You know very well that there are other ways to show love, respect, and admiration besides all that flowery mumbo-jumbo. Basically, you’re passionately romantic without being excessively sentimental — practical, but also sweet and sensitive. Because no matter what, it’s very important to you that your partner understands how much you care about her — you love how close you feel to her when you tell and show her what’s in your heart.

Sounds about right. Though I think I probably would have scored higher if it weren’t for lack of experience causing a lot of my answeres to be “No but I would”

Huh. I know I’m a romantic, but I wouldn’t say all THAT about me. I just treat her the way Ithink she deserves, and she does the same for me.

Same as **Aglarond** but I will post it anyway. For the most part it’s right, I’m not a mushy person. Practical is a good word for me.
