In Ohio, getting convicted for a small quantity of pot is considered a relatively minor offense. However, Ohio has a law that prohibits you from buying, selling, owning, or possessing a firearm if you have been convicted of _any_ drug-related offense, no matter how minor it was. I think it’s a bad law, BTW. And I’m pretty sure Ohio is the only state with such a law.
