I can understand them banning Big Bird because of his scurrilous pro-vax stance, but why ban Bert and Ernie and Elmo? Is it because a lot of people think that Bert and Ernie are gay? Is it because Elmo hustles for photos in Times Square? Why not ban Oscar? Or Grover? Or The Count? I can’t help thinking that they’re not serious about it, and it’s all for show. ---
