When you are home alone and need to take a dump do you close the bathroom door? I 'm talking pinching off a loaf here not a quick pee. Ok please be honest and give it to me straight. Yes or no. Oh yeah umm I do. ---

Depends I guess. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don’t. Sometimes I like feeling shut in but sometimes I want to feel like I am pooping with a little more elbow room. Like wearing boxers or briefs I guess. Security vs. freedom. ---

Absolutely leave the door open. I have direct line-of-sight to the television from the crapper - it’s the main purpose of my living room set up. ---

I close it regardless. “My” bathroom directly faces the rear glass entry door to my house, and I’m pretty sure anybody coming by would not want to catch me “dropping the kids off at the pool.” Besides, aforementioned toidy has its own TV & stereo, and when I get one of them thar round tuit’s, it’s gonna have a copmuter line. Me & Elvis…born to die on the throne… ---

I live alone, so I don’t close the bathroom door at all. Not for using the toilet, or taking a shower even. I think this may become a problem once I live with someone again - I hate closing the door when I’m in a hot shower, because it will trap the steam in, and fog the mirror. ---

The door’s always open. In fact, the only time I’d close it is if there is someone in the house who doesn’t live there. That’s the way we did it when I was growing up. ---

My bathroom door faces a window. Leaving it open would leave me, theoretically, exposed to everyone driving by. Closed!
