There really should be some bit of programming that would prevent anyone from posting in GD until they had been on the board for at least a couple of months, or a couple of hundred posts. It would certainly cut down on the incidence of fucktards like **Don** here. OTOH, they _are_ fun to poke, and the random witnessers are always good for a laugh or three. ---

I’ll have to let my professor know that common law depends on the philosophy of universal rights and wrongs, so he can update his Powerpoint slides. Clearly, he’s never taught first year law before. ETA: or maybe we’re just covering stuff out of order. Maybe we’ll hear about this in the fifth week. ---
