I never heard of this kid until his appearance on Letterman a couple weeks ago. It was awful. Overproduced performance with backup singers _and_ dancers which completely overshadowed the kid. And the singing was subpar and then some. There are kids at the local middle school who can sing better than that. Sheesh. ---

Saw him perform for the first time on SNL last night. Good Godā€¦ _that_ passes for talent these days? Does ANYONE over the age of 12 think he has talent? And what the hell was up with those back-up dancers? They looked as if they were having spasms! And his hairā€¦ WTF? ---
