Itā€™s pretty easy to attend a NY Dope dinner. Yes, you just show up. šŸ™‚ In the event of uh ā€¦ this event, we do need to make reservations for dinner, so it would be helpful for people to say if they are definitely joining us for dinner (if you havenā€™t already said so in this thread). **Manny** is taking care of the reservations, just ask for the Cecil Adams party. Even if you _donā€™t_ ask for the Cecil Adams party, you can usually tell which one it is because weā€™re very loud. We also try to be on the lookout (if weā€™re between drinks) for first-timers wandering in. If you prefer to meet up with us for after dinner drinks at the Patriot, just stop by. Again, we will be the loud group. Now, you are probably saying to yourself ā€œbut NY bars are CHOCK FULL Oā€™ LOUD GROUPSā€ but trust me on this, we will be the loudest (and very likely, the goofiest). There is only ONE RULE for New York Dope Events, and that is (drum roll please) TIP YOUR WAITPERSON. TIP YOUR WAITPERSON **WELL**. ---

OK, time to firm things up. A couple things: 1. **Be on time**! I had to negotiate to get us a 7:00 reservation. Specifically, I promised that anyone who was late would have to wash dishes. OK, not really, but they wonā€™t get seated. Really. So, early = good, on time = good, late = very, very bad. 2. I think this is the list of attendees.
