I don’t know why people are so obsessed with children getting teased in school about their names. When I think of some of the cruel things kids said to each other at school, calling Edward Ketty “Eddy Ketty Spaghetti” isn’t the one that jumps out as one of our most damaging taunts. ---

If the reports are true, it’s actually not that bad. “North” is well known, easy pronounce and spell. It’s also a common surname. So, none of this “What’s that?” or “How do you say it?” Hell of a lot better than Moxie Crimefighter, Moon Unit, or Dweezil. Less ridicule inducing, to be sure, than Blanket. ---

I’m not sure why, but the name North West pisses me off more than Pilot Inspektor or Moxie Crimefighter. It’s just so utterly lame and unimaginative. If they want to call her “Nori” they should have just named her that. ---

Not mad at the OP poster per se, but I fucking _hate_ threads with nondescript titles that end up feeding me gossipy filth. People who give a shit about vapid celebutants and their publicity stunts should post fair warning in their topics: [Warning, Crunchy, Raw, Unboned Real Celebrity Fawning!].
