I like neither. It’s not at all hard to lump both Kanye and Snoop’s efforts in the “crap” folder. I doubt I have listened to either for years, and if so, purely by chance, not choice. OTOH Rachmaninoff and Stravinsky also live there so I am a relatively equally disliker of poor music. Lloyd-Webber can also join the pitting. ETA… and Coldplay. ---

At one time, Prince claimed that the symbol was pronounced “Christopher.” In one of Beavis & Butthead’s books, they said that the symbol looked like something you’d put on a bathroom door for people who aren’t sure if they’re men or women. (This was, of course, in the 1990s.) I posted that on another board, and got walloped by several people on that board who fit that demographic. I’d had no idea. ---

Besides, him and Mr. Monk are friends, so that could be interesting. West is just an all around asshole and has been for a long time. If he really has mental problems, he has all the resources he will ever need at his fingertips. If he chooses not to, fuck him. ---

So the best I can say about Kanye is that he added the word “imma” to my vocabulary. It’s subtly different from “I’m going to…” since “imma” carries the connotation of an imminent “… but …” to me. ---

Doesn’t mean I have to play along with their fantasies, especially once they start putting out not so subtle signs that they want someone dead. So yes, fuck him, his family members, his “friends”, and everyone else that makes excuses for him. He should have been in therapy/on meds a decade+ ago. Hopefully when they talk about custody of the kids, they will have him examined by a psychiatrist. Maybe loss of his kids will convince him to get help, but I doubt it.
