Especially since he didn’t actually do anything about it for another five freakin’ years… and even now only seems to be making only a half-assed effort, largely propped up by GOP operatives.

I recall him mentioning a run for POTUS on David Letterman’s Netflix show. The audience laughed. West, clearly annoyed, turned to the audience and snapped, “Why y’all laughin’?” That’s when I knew he’d probably go through with it.

I wasn’t worried, though. I figured he’d screw it up, and he has.
